RP4P offers a variety of different work-outs. We focus on the art of Boxing, Strength N Conditioning . It's an overall Excellent Fitness program. It helps build Self Confidence, Self Esteem, and Character. It is proven that every 20 minutes spent on a heavy bag you burn 281 calories compared to running and/or riding a bike, where only 128 calories are burned. Classes are offered 5 Days a week. These combinations of classes will take you to the Top of your fitness level. We also offer One on One lessons.

For every 19lbs of extra weight you carry around on your body is like eating 42 cheeseburgers in one setting. With the programs that are offered, we will be able to help "Knock-Out" this problem.
